Custom Product Policy

At Ross Crafting, we take pride in offering personalized, custom-made products to suit your unique needs. To ensure clarity and satisfaction, please review the following terms regarding custom product orders.

1. Order Process

  • Design Confirmation: Before production begins, we will provide you with a design proof for approval. It is your responsibility to review and confirm the design, spelling, colors, and other details. Once approved, no further changes can be made.

  • Customization Options: Depending on the product, you may choose specific colors, sizes, fonts, and other personalization details. Any specific requests should be communicated clearly at the time of order.

2. Production Time

  • Production Timeline: Custom orders generally take between 2-3 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and product. Production begins once the design is approved and payment is received.

  • Rush Orders: If you need your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order. Rush orders may incur additional fees and are subject to availability.

3. Payment

  • Full Payment Required: All custom orders require full payment upfront. Work will not begin on your custom product until payment is received.

  • Price Adjustments: Prices for custom products may vary based on the level of customization, materials used, and additional requests. Any price adjustments will be communicated to you before confirming your order.

4. Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes: Once the design proof is approved and production has begun, no changes can be made to your order. Please review all design details carefully before confirming.

  • Cancellations: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so before approving the final design proof. A cancellation fee may apply to cover any design work already completed.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • No Returns on Custom Products: Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your custom product arrives damaged or contains a defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or repair.

6. Shipping

  • Shipping Time: Once your custom product is completed, it will be shipped based on your selected shipping method. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.

  • International Orders: For international customers, additional shipping fees and customs duties may apply. Delivery times may vary depending on location and customs regulations.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Design Ownership: Any custom designs created by Ross Crafting remain the intellectual property of Ross Crafting. You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or resell the design without our express written consent.

  • Client-Provided Designs: If you provide a design or logo for use in a custom product, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use it. Ross Crafting is not responsible for any copyright or trademark infringement related to client-provided materials.
